During the April meeting we wrapped up our 09-10 Coopers for Critters year by motoring down to the York Co. SPCA to drop off donations that were collected throughout the past year. Thanks to our great charity event last September with The North Star of Lititz and the generosity of our members through the year we were able to drop off $235, tons of dog treats (thanks Steve! :-)), bottled water, paper towels, bags, blankets, treats, pet food and some other miscellaneous items from the SPCA wish list!
A HUGE Thank YOU to everyone who supported and donated to the project. We did even better that the first year!!!!
Let's keep this great momentum going for the 10-11 year! Watch for updates about donation perks at each event! At some events, a donation of any type equals $$ off or at a monthly meeting you could get extra raffle entries!! Check out the forum for a link to the updated wish list items for the SPCA.

After returning home from the January meeting - I was think about the track! It was great talking with everyone and sharing stories of motoring. It caused me to reflect back on how far I've come in my 8 or so track days (not to mention off track!)! I thought I'd share something fun with everyone. I posted this a while back on the old site and originally I wrote it for publication in Metroplex Mini's newsletter (www.Metroplexmini.org.) It is an article about my first day at the track...
